The Snow Guardian (Tsuna X Reader)

~~Your POV~~
It was almost time for school, yet I had no idea what to do nor where to go. So I  decided to go to the office and get my information there. So while I walked to find the office, I wondered what I was going to do. As in if you would join a sport this year, which I highly doubted I would, since I have absolutely no balance what so ever. I got to the office, and opened the door, coming face-to-face with the office attendant.

“Um....Hello, I`m new here and I was wanting to see if you had my class list.

“Yes I sure do, thanks for asking nicely. I can tell your a little shy, so don`t force yourself to do things if you don`t feel comfortable doing it, okay?” She replied with a gently smile on her face.

“Okay, would I be able to get the list? I need to get to class soon.”

“Yes, yes of course.” She then handed the list to me, with a small map of the school, and a list of rules. “Those papers are your class list, a small map of the school in case you get lost, that also has the room numbers on it, and a list of rules.”

“Thank you.” I replied, bowing slightly and start on my way to find my first class.

“Anytime you need help, come and ask!” She said while I was walking away. My response was a slight nod, and closing the door. Then I looked at my class list, and sighed.

“How do I get to the classroom?! I can`t read maps all that well either....” I told yourself, mumbling the last part.

“Hello, you must be the new student.” A man said, he had a tie and was not wearing the school uniform, so you guessed he was a teacher.

So I nodded and replied, “Ya. My name is (first name) (last name). I need to find a classroom, and I can`t read maps all that well.”

“Show me the class list, and I`ll help you out.” So I did as he asked, waiting for his information. After looking over my class list, he commented, “This is the same class list as a different student. Come with me, and I`ll show you to your classroom.” I nodded and he began walking, with me close behind. While walking, I took notes on my way around the school so I wouldn`t waste anyone else`s time trying to help me. Once I got to the classroom, the man opened the door and walked in after telling me to wait outside the door. After the two people had a talk in front of the class, the man left after telling me what to do. So while waiting for my name to be called, I was thinking again.

“You can come in now.” Seeing as how that was my cue, I walked in with a calm but shy aura. “This is a new student. Please introduce yourself now.” The teacher said, looking at me. By now whispers were floating around and I was kinda hiding behind the teacher slightly.

I took a deep breath and started speaking, “Nice to meet you. My name`s (first name) (last name). Treat me well.” Then I bowed slightly, just how I was told. The whispers grew louder, but not loud enough to hear.

“As you can probably tell, she`s shy. So don`t make her talk if she doesn`t want to.” The class nodded at this, most of the boys watching me like a cat watching a mouse, ready to pounce. The girls were either talking to each other, making goo-goo eyes at some boys who seem oblivious, or glaring at me like I just killed their puppy. In response, I just hid more. “Now then, (Name), please take your seat next to Tsuna. Tsuna, raise your hand.” Then a boy with gravity defying brown hair, big brown eyes, and a strong yet gentle aura shyly rose his hand. So I started walking to my new seat, while all the boys who were staring at me started protesting loudly. I sat in my seat next to Tsuna, and stayed silent, hoping that he was someone who doesn`t try to talk every minute of the day. Thankfully, he wasn`t. For some reason, I was getting a nasty glare from some silver headed kid. Thanks to my advanced sense of smell, I could smell gunpowder on the boy. ‘Why does the silver headed guy have the smell of gunpowder all over him?’ Deciding to shrug it off for now, I took out a notebook for taking notes. Just then, the teacher started class, and the school day started. But something that I didn`t notice was Reborn. Watching me closer than a hawk watching it`s prey. Watching me with more interest than someone watching a cat doing funny things.

~~Time Skip To Lunch Time~~

The bell rang, and I`m guessing it`s lunch time since everyone`s getting out their lunches. So I took out my lunch, wondering where I`m going to eat. That`s when I heard my new fan boys running towards me. Thankfully, Tsuna was still sitting next to me, waiting for his friends. So, I used him as a shield to hide from the boys. Once the boys went away, I sighed in relief.

“Thanks for being the shield Tsuna.”

“Y-ya.” ‘He`s shy too, huh?’ “U-um....Would you like to eat with me and my friends?”

I blinked in surprise and nodded with a smile on my face. “Sure~!” I then heard some yelling, and when I looked, it was from the silver haired boy yelling at a black haired boy.

“What do you mean calm down Baseball Nut?!”

“Haha.” Was the black haired boy`s reaction.

That`s when Tsuna decided to barge in, “Gokudera, calm down.”

Gokudera all of a sudden faced Tsuna and I, and said, “Whatever you wish 10th.” ‘10th?  What in the world?....’
“You don`t have to call me that, Gokudera.” Before Gokudera was able to open his mouth to reply, the black haired boy noticed me.

“Oh, are you going to eat with us today (Name)?”

I nodded and replied, “I haven`t heard your name yet. What is it?”

“Oh! My name`s Takeshi Yamamoto. That`s Gokudera Hayato. And then you know Tsuna haha.” He has been laughing this whole time.

“Nice to meet you Gokudera, Yamamoto.”

“Same to you!”

“Hmph”

“Oh ya, one more thing.” I then turned to face Gokudera with a serious look on my face, “Why in the world do you smell like gunpowder? I have a sensitive nose, and that smell makes my senses go haywire.” All three boys had a surprised look on their face, and before they could anything I said, “And then there`s him. Reborn! Come on out.” Reborn then came out with his music playing while petting Leon.

“Chiosu (Nicname).”

“Chiosu to you too Reborn. Now then,” I said, crossing my arms, “why did you call me here?”

He smirked and replied, “I`ll tell you if win against me.” The boys’ faces were slightly pale now, well, except Yamamoto`s. He was oblivious to what was going on.

I nodded, “Have it your way. When will it be? The sooner the better.”

“After school today. Meet me in the clearing near here. You should be able to find me by my aura.”

“Alright, that works for me.”

“Now then, you four need to eat your lunches before it`s class time again.” The four of us nodded, and started heading up to the roof, not saying a word. Once we got up there, I started eating as soon as I sat down.

“H-how do you know R-Reborn (Name)?”

“Well, I was trained by him along with the other Arcobaleno. Now that I completed the training, I`m now the Arcobaleno of Snow. The snow flame is increadibly rare, and even harder to train. With this flame, I`m able to freeze things to their breaking point. I`m also able to shape things with my flames and make them real. Like this for instance.” I then held out my hands, after putting down my food. I then put my hands together, and focused my flame. Then I started slowly moving my hands apart, only doing it slow that they can see what`s happening. Finally, a bow-staff formed.

“Woah!” All three of them exclaimed.

“Cool huh?” I replied, while I made the newly formed bow staff burst into snow flames again and I absorbed them into me. “I can even make a workable gun. That one`s the hardest in my opinion.”

“Cool~!” All three of them said, while watching me start eating again.

“Now then, now that my head is working again because of the clear air up here and wind getting rid of most of the gunpowder smell, I`ve figured out what I needed to know.”

“What would that be?” Tsuna asked, not studdering anymore.

“First off, Gokudera has dynamite all around him. I personally don`t like that, but that is your main weapon, so I can`t say anything. Second, you three look almost exactly like Giotto, G, and Ugetsu Asari. The first Vongola family.”

“Who looks like who?” Yamamoto inquired, laughing.

“Tsuna looks like Giotto, Gokudera looks like G, and you look like Ugetsu Asari. Giotto used X-Gloves, which Tsuna`s flames are perfect for also, G used guns during normal missions, but when on a mission put onto him by his childhood friend and boss, Giotto, he used an archery set that he received from Giotto and was never defeated. Ugetsu Asari used a sword. Though, he never got a sword of his own, and devoted himself to his love of music. But when he heard that his foreign friend, Vongola Primo otherwise known as Giotto, was in trouble he didn`t hesitate to sell his flute, of which he valued more than his life, to buy a sword to go and help. I also noticed that your personalities are a lot alike to those three.” I replied to him, finishing my lunch.

“H-how do you know all that?!” Gokudera asked, surprised like the other two.

“Simple. Information gathering is a basic skill.” I then laughed a little, “That sounds like something Reborn would say. Anyway, while training, I would read all the books I could. Most of them containing information like what I just told you. I would be quizzed everyday to see how much I`ve memorized. I know all the information you could possibly want to know on the Vongola rings, and other information. Another reason why I know is because I`ve talked to the rings before. Giotto`s extremely kind, G`s grumpy but sincere, Knuckle`s too hyper, like a little kid on a huge sugar rush, Ugetsu Asari is nice and laid back, Alaude is quiet but deadly, Lampo is funny but a grouch when it comes to kids, and Daemon Spade, well, I don`t like him all that much. He`s.....how can I put this nicely.....trying to change the Vongola into a killing machine, which is not what Primo wanted it to be. All in all, Daemon Spade is the only one I don`t feel comfortable around. Because of this, I`m wary around any mist flame wielder.” All three of them nodded, and I have a feeling they didn`t get most of what I just said. Looking at my watch I said, “Well, it seems it`s almost class time. I`m going to need to go a little earlier than this so that I can avoid my many fan boys.”

“Fan boys?” Asked a confused Yamamoto.

“Ya, fan boys. Wherever I go, they follow. I can loss my patience around fan boys quickly, so I have to try and avoid them. Otherwise I tend to freeze them like a popsicle.” I replied, standing up from my spot.

“Don`t forget about the fight after school (Nicname).” Reborn said, appearing on Tsuna`s head.

“I know, I know. And would you PLEASE stop calling me (Nicname)!” My only response was a smirk. “And no, I`m not going to go easy on you, you got that?”

“I know.” Reborn replied, with a hint of fear in his coal black eyes. I turned around and started making my way to class, leaving the boys to go on their own.

~~Time Skip To After School~~

School is finally done, and I made sure to finish all my homework since I was more than likely going to be really sore after the fight. “Now then, do you want to come with Tsuna, Yamamoto, Gokudera?”

“Ya.” They all replied, nodding in determination.

“I`m going to have to put up a barrior then.” I sighed, looking at them. “Let`s get going. We don`t want to be late, now do we?” I then turned around and started walking to the clearing where Reborn was. The walk was really quiet. The birds weren`t chirping, as if knowing that a serious fight would start soon. Once we got there, we saw Reborn standing in the middle of the clearing.

“I thought it would have taken a little longer for you to find me (Nicname).”

“Well, I`ve gotten better after the last few years Reborn.”

“It seems so. Now then, you should put up a barrior.”

“Ya, I know Reborn.” I then turned to the other three, who were standing there not knowing what to do, “Stand right there, don`t move until the barrior is up, otherwise you`ll mess it up.” They nodded, then I went and stood in front of Reborn, put my hands together, and focused some of my flames into my hands. After gathering enough, I slammed my hands to the ground sending my flames into the ground and out of it, making a barrior around the area where we`ll be fighting. The barrior soon dimmed to a clear substance.

“Wow!”

I smiled slightly and got ready. “I`m ready Reborn, you?”

“I`m ready whenever you are (Nicname).”

“Alright, your move.” Reborn then quickly had Leon change form to a gun, and shot a bullet at me, which I let come. The thing is though, is that the bullet froze in midair, not hitting me. “Thanks for the free bullet Reborn~!” I exclaimed, grinning, and took the bullet, making my own gun. Then I aimed and shot the bullet that Reborn shot at me, now unfrozen. Reborn, who is on his toes, barely dodges the bullet making a hole in his hat. If I had looked at the boys’ faces, I would have seen amazement written all over their faces.

~~Tsuna`s POV~~

(Name) almost injured Reborn! I never thought that was possible. And when they were talking about the battle during lunch, what was with the hint of fear in his coal black eyes? Is she really that strong? I wouldn`t doubt it, but Reborn seems to taking extra care in this battle, unlike the one with Mukuro before. I wonder why Reborn asked her to come here. I just hope that no one gets very hurt.

~~Your POV~~

Reborn and I have started fighting in hand-to-hand combat, and next is Leon vs my partner. While fighting, Reborn and I have been seeing how strong we`ve became. Reborn hasn`t gotten much stronger, but he has gotten quite a bit faster. Also a tiny bit sneakier.

I then jumped back at the same time as Reborn, and stood my ground, confusing the three boys watching. Reborn held out his hand, and Leon crawled onto his hand. Leon then went to the ground between us.

“Alright, partner battle huh?” I said, and let out a sharp and short whistle. Then a (favorite animal) came running out, and stands in front of me, facing Leon. “(Animal`s name), show them what you can do!” All I got in response was a nod. (P/N) was glaring at her rival, Leon. Leon was also glaring at (P/N). Leon and (P/N) then charged at each other, then started fighting. Reborn and I watching, making sure they don`t hurt each other too much. Both Reborn and I are protective of our partner in crime (lol Sorry, couldn`t help but write that). Now, we both snapped our fingers and our partners jumped back to our sides.

“You did great (P/N).” I told (her/him), and gave it a pet on the head. Reborn then put Leon back on his head, while I had (P/N) go and rest by Tsuna and the others, not needing to open the barrior for her.

“Now then (Nicname). Let`s decide this match, shall we?” I nod in response and form twin daggers with my flames, secretly readying my flames to extend them into swords when needed. “Leon needs a rest, so mind making me a gun or two (Nicname)?”

“How do you know I won`t tweek it?”

“Because you wouldn`t do that. Your too nice.”

“Very true.” I sighed, made him a set of guns with my flames, and threw them to him. “I shall warn you of something. You better counter my flames on the gun with your flames, otherwise they`ll freeze you.”

“I know, I`ve used your flame made weapons before.” Reborn said, catching the flame guns, and doing as I said.

“Alright then, you shoot first Reborn.”

“Alright.” He replied and shot two bullets from each from both guns. I just stood there, and destroyed the bullets with the help from my daggers. I destroyed them so fast that no one knew what was happening. Then, the next thing everyone knew, my daggers were criss-crossed, extended, and the blades being next to Reborn`s neck.

I grinned and proclaimed, “I win again Reborn!” He dropped the guns in response, making them desolve into flames again, the flames came towards me and I absorbed them. Then I redid my daggers, and absorbed those flames too. I then absorbed all the flames I used to make the barrior, letting the boys and (P/N) come into the fighting area. “Now then, why did you call me here?”

Reborn smirked and replied in a tone that said that I better do this or something bad was going to happen, “What you need to do, is represent the Ring of Snow. The Varia already have one of the half-rings of snow, and I have the other one. Want to join the Vongola and take up the job as the Snow Guardian?”

I wasn`t all that shocked, after all, I figured it was something like that. “Alright, I will. On one condition.”

“What would that be (Nicname)?”

I gently smiled and replied, “I want to help train everyone for their ring battles.”

“Of course you can help, it`ll just make it funner.” he replied, smirking more. He then gave me the Vongola half ring of snow.

When I touched it, everyone could hear the voice of Giotto, saying, “So you`ve finally accepted being a guardian, huh (Nicname)?”

“Yep, but don`t go calling me by that, and don`t you dare talk to me while I`m focusing on something. You hear?” Everyone except Yamamoto was surprised that I talked to Primo like that, Yamamoto was oblivious to what was happening once again.

His laughter echoed and he replied, “You can`t make me, can you (Nicname)?”

“Ya I can, I can go into the ring and make ya. You and G., who knew you too would be so much alike?”

Primo stopped laughing once I said that I could go into the ring, “Fine, I don`t want to get my butt kicked so much right now.”

I smiled, “Thanks Giotto~!”

“Anytime.” His voice then dissipeared as fast as it appeared.

“How come you talked to him like that?” Reborn asked, surprised but not showing it. “He is the founder of the Vongola you know.”

“Ya I know, after all you and the rest made me memorize everything about the Vongola. Anyway, the reason I can talk to him like that is because we made a deal. Appearently, him and the rest of the first generation guardians love my cooking. So I can talk to him like that as long as I bring them treats every week. I don`t really mind, after all cooking is really fun~!”

“Okay then.” Reborn said, satisfied with my answer, while the other boys were speechless.

“Oh by the way, I thought there wasn`t very many snow flame users.”

“There isn`t. It`s also extremely rare for someone to have a flame as strong as yours. But it seems there is another person with your level of power, and the Varia found and trained him.”

“Oh really? I look forward to the fight then~!”

~~Time Skip To Snow Ring Battle (be warned, I`m not all that good at battle scenes)~~

We`re at the school, waiting for the snow battle to start. Tsuna, Gokudera, Yamamoto, Ryohei, and Reborn appeared, along with the special guest of Colonello. While waiting for the battle to be started, Colonello and I started talking since we haven`t seen each other in a very long time.

~~Tsuna`s POV~~

I`m so worried about (Name). Even more than the rest of my friends. Why that is, I don`t know. I mean, will she be okay? Will she get hurt?

Reborn then kicked me on the back of my head and said, “Stop your worrying. She won`t get too hurt. Then again....Her opponent is as strong as her. I haven`t told her that though. She`s better at learning through experience. But she`ll be just fine Tsuna.”

“Ya, if you say so....” I gloomly said, trying to have hope that Reborn was right.

“The battle for the snow ring will now begin! Guardians, please come forward.”

“I gotta go, see everyone after the fight!” (Name) exclaimed and started walking to the arena.

“Be careful!” We all said as once, causing her to turn to us, salute a little, and turn back to the arena, finally standing in it.

~~Your POV~~

I finally finished walking to the arena. This is the second to last battle, the next to be the sky battle, in which every guardian still alive has to participate. I clapped my hands together lightly, deciding that I will try to sustain the least amount of damage as possible. From my opponent`s aura, I could tell he was a little stronger than me. That`s no matter, I`ve been holding back my aura for quite awhile and I`ll strengthen myself to do the finishing move if needed.

“Battle begin!” The Cervello yelled, and jumped away as fast as possible. The air started getting colder because of the many fans in the arena. My opponent charged at me.

Then he whispered when he was next to me, “My name`s Yewm. Nice to meet you (Name).” He then punched me in the stomach, sending me flying into the ceiling of the lunch room. I flinched, and pushed myself out from hole I made.

“Unleash your true power!” We heard Giotto yell to me, his figure standing next to Reborn and Colonello.

“We give permission!” Mammon, Reborn, and Colonello yelled afterwards.

I smirked and looked at Yewm, “Alright, let`s get this thing started.” I then pushed myself out of the ceiling and landed on the floor.

“Don`t let her unleash her power!” Xanxus yelled, knowing full well what I can do. Yewn then charges at me, trying to stop me. He then froze in the place he was, eyes wide. Snow was falling from nowhere next to me, my eyes were now a (favorite color), and my hair was floating around the ends.

“Too late for that Xanxus.” Reborn smirked, “She`s much stronger than before.”

I nodded and started humming Fear Not This Night ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=JUN3iu… ). My aura starts sharpening, growing stronger. My flame starts outlining my aura, making it seem larger. Xanxus`s eyes are wide.

“I never thought I`d say this, but run scum!” Xanxus yelled, startling everyone except Reborn, Colonello, Mammon, and I.

“It`s what you get when you go against her, we can`t help it.” Mammon said in his non emotional voice. Yewn decided to ignore Xanxus`s warning, and charged at me with a flame made trident in his grasp. I closed my eyes, opened them, then appeared next to him. Though, I wasn`t thinking, and his aura cut into my arm, making it bleed. I then used my flames to make a dagger, and cut the back of his leg with it. I then appeared where I was before, with Yewm kneeling on the ground, holding his cut. We both had our hand on our cut, and we both started healing it. I finished before him, and made a bow staff with my flames, adding some aura into also to make it stronger. Yewn stood up just then, and I charged. He was ready, and charged at me with a bow staff also. Giotto had long since dissapeared, leaving his trust for me behind.

~~Reborn`s POV~~

“I can`t believe we let her use her full power....”

“What do you mean Reborn?” Gokudera asked.

Colonello decided to answer for me, “You see, when using her full power, she`s insanely strong. But the side effect of this is that sever cuts appear around her body. Then once all of it`s healed, which only takes about 3 minutes, she`ll be extremely sore kora.”

~~Your POV~~

As soon as Colonello finished talking, I took out Yewm with my bow staff. Yewm then fell at my feet, out cold. I was breathing like I normally would.

“The winner of this battle is (Name)!” I then took the half ring from off of Yewn`s neck, and added it to my own. It glowed for a second, then dimmed. The cuts then appeared all over my body, I stumbled, but caught myself. Steam started coming from the wounds, and they started closing.

~~Tsuna`s POV~~

I ran up to (Name) when her cuts started steaming. “Are you okay (Name)?!” I asked, really worried.

“Ya, I`m fine. Just what happens when I increase my power beyond human capabilities.  I`ll be fine soon, if not really sore. That song I hummed helps with controlling the injuries I get afterwards.”

“Okay, I hope it doesn`t hurt too bad....”

She smiled lightly and said, “It won`t trust me. Thanks for worrying though.” Her ring then started to glow, and Giotto appeared again. Giotto looked at (Name), then started shooing everyone away, going with them. “I wonder what that was about.”

“Ya, me too...” I`ve been blushing lightly ever since she started talking.

“Are you okay?”

“Ya, I`m fine. What about you?”

“Really, really sore now that my cuts have healed.”

~~Reborn`s POV~~

“If you don`t mind me asking, why`d you shoo us away?”

Giotto replied with a chuckle, “Can you not tell Reborn? Those two like each other.”

Everyone, except us Arcobaleno, gawked at this news.

“How do you know?”

“You see, the spirit of all the guardians are sealed within the respective ring. But in order to control the immense power of the snow, part off all our spirits were sealed within it. Because of this, I`m able to see both Tsuna and (Name)`s feelings for each other. It`s kinda weird truthfully.” We all nod.


“That makes more sense now.”

~~Your POV~~

The silence was getting kinda awkward. So, to thank him for caring, I kissed his cheek. While blushing furiously I might add. Tsuna seems to be about to faint, his cheeks are redder than red if that`s possible. Then again, my cheeks must be that color also.

~~Tsuna`s POV~~

She, she kissed me on the cheek! I`m so happy~!!! I`m blushing A LOT and so is (Name). Is it possible she likes me too? Well, one way to find out. I blush more, and lean down, since she`s a little shorter than me. I kiss her on her lips, making her blush more. She kisses back though!

~~Your POV~~

H-he`s kissing me! On the lips! I can`t believe he likes me like this! I can`t believe how happy I am either. I kiss back, gently, as too not startle him. We pull away after a minute.

“U-um....W-would you be my g-girlfriend (N-name)?”

I nod vigorously and respond, “Yes, yes, of course Tsuna!” We then smile at each other, and kiss again. Short and sweet.

~~Reborn`s POV~~

I look at Giotto`s face and decide to risk it and ask, “You video taped it, didn`t you?”

Giotto grinned, “Exactly.”

“I watch it later then.”

He chuckled, “You and me both. Along with the rest of my guardians. We`ve been waiting for (Name) to get a boy friend for a while now.”
